XenonBit LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and the control you keep over it.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

  • Information you give us: name, company, email, phone, billing address and project details you share when you contact us, order from the store or become a client.
  • Collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, approximate location and referrer, via cookies and analytics.
  • From accounts we manage for you: aggregated performance data from the social media, advertising and analytics accounts you give us access to.

We never collect government ID numbers and never store payment card numbers — those go directly to our payment processor.

3. What we never do

  • We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
  • We do not add you to a marketing list because you filled in a form. Newsletters require a separate opt-in and include an unsubscribe link.
  • We do not share one client’s performance data or audience insights with another client.

4. How we use your information

  • To reply to enquiries and prepare proposals.
  • To deliver services and store orders, and to invoice you.
  • To provide support and keep a record of what we agreed.
  • To keep the site secure and understand, in aggregate, which pages help visitors.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies (including those WooCommerce needs for the cart and checkout) and optional analytics cookies. You can refuse analytics cookies in your browser or any consent banner and the site will still work. We honour browser privacy signals where sent.

6. Who we share data with

Only service providers who help run the business — payment processor, email and hosting providers, accountant and, for campaigns you engage us for, the social platforms involved. Each is contractually bound to protect your data. We disclose information to authorities only under a valid legal request and will tell you when permitted.

7. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not become projects: deleted 24 months after last contact.
  • Contracts, invoices and accounting records: 7 years.
  • Access to your social and ad accounts: revoked at the end of the engagement.

8. How we protect it

Data travels over encrypted connections, access is limited to people who need it, credentials live in an encrypted password manager and multi-factor authentication is enabled wherever supported. If a breach affects your data we will notify you and relevant regulators within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.

9. Your rights

  • Request a copy of your personal data.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Ask us to delete data we no longer need.
  • Restrict or object to a particular use, or withdraw consent at any time.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.
  • Opt out of the sale of personal information — easy, because we do not sell it.

10. International transfers

Our systems are hosted in the United States. If you contact us from abroad, your information is transferred there and protected as described in this policy.

11. Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16 and will delete it if we learn we have.

12. Changes to this policy

Updates are posted here with a new date. Material changes are emailed to active clients before they take effect.
