The ground rules, in plain English

Last updated: 16 September 2026

These terms govern your use of xenonbit.sbs and the services and store products provided by XenonBit LLC. They protect our work and your budget, data and ownership.

1. Agreement

By using this site or engaging our services you accept these terms. A signed proposal or statement of work takes precedence if the two conflict.

2. What we provide

Founder-led social media management for technology brands: tech and SaaS social strategy, brand content, paid social, personal branding for founders and analytics reporting, plus packages sold through our Store. Scope, timeline and price are set out in your proposal or product description.

3. Scope and changes

Work outside the agreed scope is only done after you approve it and its cost in writing. You will never be invoiced for work you did not authorise.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and timely feedback and approvals.
  • Own or be licensed to use any logos, images, copy or data you send us.
  • Use deliverables lawfully and within each social platform’s rules.

5. Fees and payment

Fees, invoicing, taxes and late payment are covered by our Payment Policy; cancellations and refunds by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. Ownership of deliverables

  • Once paid in full, you own the final approved posts, graphics, videos, copy and campaign assets created for you, plus working files where they exist.
  • We keep our pre-existing frameworks, templates and tools, which are licensed rather than transferred.
  • We may feature finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

7. Confidentiality

Each side keeps the other’s non-public information confidential and uses it only for the engagement. We are happy to sign your NDA.

8. Access to your accounts

We request the lowest permission level needed, prefer delegated access (e.g. Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn page roles) over shared passwords, and expect you to revoke access when the engagement ends. We never change account ownership or billing details without your instruction.

9. Third-party platforms

Content and campaigns run on platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, which have their own rules. We are not responsible for their outages, algorithm or policy changes, account reviews or pricing, but we will help you respond to them.

10. No guaranteed results

We commit to professional effort, transparent reporting and honest advice. We do not guarantee specific follower counts, engagement rates, reach, leads or revenue, and we will say so if a target looks unrealistic.

11. Our warranty

We perform services with reasonable skill and care. Report a defective deliverable within 14 days and we will correct it at no cost. This is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

12. Limitation of liability

Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence or anything that cannot be limited by law.

13. Suspension and termination

  • Either party may end an engagement with 14 days written notice.
  • On termination you receive everything you have paid for, including files and account access, within 10 business days.
  • We may pause work for seriously overdue invoices or unlawful requests — after telling you why.

14. Events outside our control

Neither party is in breach due to events beyond reasonable control. We will keep you informed and agree a revised timeline.

15. Complaints and governing law

Contact [email protected] first; we acknowledge within one business day and aim to resolve within 30 days. If unresolved, both sides will try mediation before litigation. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with the courts of Travis County, Texas having jurisdiction.

16. Changes to these terms

Updated terms are posted here with a new date. Material changes are communicated to active clients at least 30 days in advance; existing engagements continue under the terms in force when they began.
